Two Door Cinema Club, the newest hype by Kitsuné (#8), has some new fans: The Rusty Blog! Their catchy electropoptunes are ready to conquer the world. They might look like crap but they definitely don’t sound like that! I heard their concert a few days ago at Trix was awesome. Their music has been loosely compared to the likes of Death Cab for Cutie but without a definitive capacity to be pigeon-holed. Melodic vocals, which hail from all three members, infuse with guitar riffs that have been described as “oceanic” and rhythm (aka a mac) described as “pulsing”. The’ve released their 5tracks Ep “Four Words To Stand On” on the 26th of March, 2008. But now we present you Two Door Cinema Club:
